Faculty
Faculty members are graduates of accredited colleges and universities. They have special talents in language arts, science, computers, math, physical education, music, drama, art, etc.
Student Info
Quality Time Learning Center serves the educational needs of children from 2 yrs through 5 yrs. School Age programming includes a fully integrated Computer and Music Lab, Pre-Kindergarten classes, Kindergarten and First grade.

Enrollment Procedures
After review of the materials, please complete the Pre-Enrollment Application and call to make an appointment to tour our facility with the director of admissions. Complete and return the Application for Registration and return to the admissions office. You will be contacted to schedule a further appointment and be offered an available opening. At the time of the second interview, please submit the following:
- Proof of date of birth
- A copy of most recent progress card
- A copy of any prior educational evaluations and recommendations/ongoing services.
Quality Time Learning Center will contact the child's previous care giver a student's academic performance and discipline status. Upon meeting these criteria, the application will be reviewed by Quality Time's Admission Committee to determine your child's (ren's) compatibility with our academic and discipline programs. Parents will be notified of the admission decision. Admission for each student is finalized upon receipt of the School Activity Fee.
Open House
Applications, with the Registration Fee, will be accepted beginning with the Spring Open House for fall enrollment.
Re-enrollment
Quality Time experience a high volume of applications and current Quality Time Early Learning Center students will have priority over new applicants. The re-registration fee must accompany applications for re-enrollment. Re-enrollment preference will be given to families in good financial standing with the school. Parents should understand that once a child is suspended, re-enrollment will not be automatically be offered.
Transfers
Student records are mailed for families in good financial standing with the school.
Student Records
Report cards are issued four times a year.
Parent/teacher conferences are schedule at least once a year. Parents may make an appointment with a teacher at any time during the year as questions arise. Parents are expected to respect and follow through with teacher recommendations for needed evaluations and/or assessments.
A confidential master file is kept on each student. Previous records are requested from former schools for transfer students. The master file will be sent to other schools only upon written request from the school and providing the family has no outstanding debts here at Quality Time. Any request for release of records must be accompanied by an "Authorization for Release of Student Record Information". The master file contains all report card grades and pertinent medical information.
